These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the legal framework governing your access to and use of the pk360 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and account management functions available at pk360.bio. By creating an account or placing any bet on pk360, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full.
Six core commitments that underpin the pk360 Terms & Conditions
All pk360 players must be 21 years of age or older and must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for their personal use. Age is verified through mandatory KYC documentation — a self-declaration alone is not sufficient under these Terms.
All transactions on pk360 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified accounts. Processing times and limits are as published in the Payments section.
All pk360 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions stated in the specific promotion. Bonuses may not be converted to cash until wagering conditions are fully satisfied. Abuse of promotional offers constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Any attempt to exploit software errors, engage in match-fixing, or manipulate markets will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
pk360 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Use of these tools is governed by these Terms. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk360 login credentials. pk360 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed authorised by you unless you have reported a suspected breach in writing without delay.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing the pk360 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. pk360 recommends that you review this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Access to the pk360 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through mandatory KYC document verification. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction for personal use. pk360 does not represent or warrant the legality of its services in any specific country. The responsibility to verify local laws rests solely with the Player.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pk360 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

To access the full functionality of the pk360 Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. pk360 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons.
pk360 is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts. You must provide valid identity documentation — including but not limited to a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — when requested. Withdrawal of funds is not permitted until KYC verification is successfully completed.
You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and to promptly notify pk360 of any changes via the Account settings or customer support. pk360 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pk360 immediately via live chat or the support email.
All transactions on the pk360 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your Account balance, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR. pk360 does not apply any platform-side currency conversion charges.
pk360 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. pk360 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources without crediting the Account.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours for KYC-verified Accounts on business days. Withdrawal requests are only processed to accounts registered in the same name as the pk360 Account. pk360 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. There are no platform-side withdrawal fees.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pk360 reserves the right to deduct an inactivity administration fee from dormant Account balances, the current rate of which is displayed in the Platform's FAQ section. Players will be notified prior to any deduction being applied.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and promotional credits offered by pk360 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game-specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms. Real money funds in your Account are wagered first; bonus funds are wagered thereafter unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
pk360 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from those bonuses, and to suspend or close Accounts, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion will expire automatically without compensation. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account balance without prior notice beyond the original promotion terms.
A bet is confirmed only when pk360 displays an explicit confirmation to the Player at the time of placement. A bet placed on a market that subsequently displays an incorrect price due to a technical error may be voided by pk360 at its discretion. All confirmed bets are final and binding subject to the result verification process.
pk360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or void any market at any time, including after bet placement, in circumstances including incomplete events, data errors, event abandonment, or rule violations by the participants in the relevant sporting event. Void bets are settled by returning the staked amount to the Player's PKR Balance without interest.
pk360 imposes maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings limits per sport and market type. These limits are displayed within the relevant sportsbook market. pk360 reserves the right to reduce stake sizes for Players whose betting patterns are identified as professionally exploitative.
Cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan international matches, ICC events, and other competitions — are governed by official scorecards and playing conditions as determined by the relevant cricket board. In-play markets are settled based on scores at the time the market is closed, as confirmed by the official data provider. Weather delays and Duckworth-Lewis method applications are governed by the applicable playing conditions.
Official results are used for settlement purposes. Where an official result is unavailable or disputed, pk360 may delay settlement pending clarification. Any bet settlement disputes must be submitted to pk360 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event's official conclusion.
The rules applicable to each casino game on the pk360 Platform are available within the game interface. By launching any game, you confirm acceptance of those specific game rules. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail except where the conflict relates to a game-specific mechanic, in which case the in-game rules apply.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or other technical failure during a casino game session, pk360 will attempt to reconstruct the game state using server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's PKR Balance. pk360 accepts no liability for losses attributed to Player-side connectivity issues.
All RNG-based casino games on pk360 use certified random number generation technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical cards, roulette wheels, and dice in a studio environment. The outcomes of both RNG and live games are not influenced by pk360, previous results, or Player bet history.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk360 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the pk360 Platform — including but not limited to the platform design, trademarks, logos, game graphics, software interfaces, text, and databases — is the intellectual property of pk360 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent from pk360.
Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. pk360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
pk360 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data rights as described therein by contacting pk360 through the support channels listed in Section 17.
pk360 does not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data is shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies solely as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.
pk360 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of tools accessible from Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are applied immediately upon submission. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be shortened or reversed at the Player's request. Upon expiry of a self-exclusion period, a mandatory cooling-off period must be served before Account access is restored.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
pk360's aggregate liability to any Player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the same calendar month. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.
pk360 is not responsible for: (i) internet service interruptions beyond our control; (ii) failures of third-party payment processors; (iii) losses arising from Player-side security failures including unauthorised account access; or (iv) decisions made by Players based on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves incorrect due to data provider errors.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk360 customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, pk360 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your available PKR Balance to your verified payment method before deactivating the Account.
pk360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; regulatory direction; inability to complete KYC verification; or reasonable belief that the Account poses a financial crime risk. In cases of fraud or Terms violation, pk360 may withhold balances pending investigation.
Upon Account termination, all outstanding bonus balances and promotional credits are forfeited immediately. Verified cash balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method subject to completion of any pending compliance review. The right of pk360 to pursue claims arising from pre-termination conduct is not affected by Account closure.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk360's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through pk360's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players must first submit a written complaint to pk360 customer support and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for internal resolution. pk360 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) days.
pk360 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notification on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect except where an immediate amendment is required by regulatory direction or to address an urgent security concern.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must close their Account before the effective date of the change.
